Tuesday is my first match of Sport Carnival for badminton. Iam nervous and I am training everyday to keep myself fit for the match. From last Friday till Saturday, I run for 1.5km in 10km/h, sit up, pumping, weight lifting for my right hand (7kg), leg and hand stretching, and army squatting( I name it this way because if you play FF7 and FF crisis core, you will know what am I saying). This few days is a tough day for me because for a very long time, I never do any exerise like this. For the sake of going further in Sport Carnival, I will make my self more fit.
I only hope I can defeat 2 person in single, more then 2 person will be a bonus to me.
Later 3 pm I will train in the badminton court. I hope everything went well for me...
